Responsibilities

2. Executes Application Development Lab Daily Operation
3. Provides Technical Support on Application Development Projects
Job Requirements
Experiences:
• 1~2 years experience in FRP industry product and process development, production, or
quality assurance role
• Installation, operation, and maintenance of composite fabrication equipments, filament
winding, resin vacuum infusion, spray up, or other related technologies
• Safety management of composite R&D lab
• Chemicals handling following local and company policy
• Hands on experience on thermosetting resin and glass fiber reinforcements
• Conduct R&D activities following company Standard Operation Procedure or Work
Procedure, feedback for improvement
• Communication with internal or external technical or quality partners
Knowledge and Abilities:
An associate degree is required, preferably in science or engineering. Bachelor degree preferred;
 Knowledge on thermosetting resin systems including epoxy, unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester or
polyurethane and good knowledge in glass fiber reinforcements will be necessary;
 Six Sigma and DOE knowledge will be a plus;
 A working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) required;
 Mechanical, hands-on aptitude is needed;
 Communication in English is required;
 5-10% travel required;
