Job Title: Quality Control ManagerReport to: GM
Job Responsibilities:
Quality system management:
lISO9001:2000 quality management system
lExternal audits
lInternal audits
lDocuments translation and distribution

Quality Assurance:
lAssurance of the quality of the company’s products
lIncoming goods inspection
lOnline inspection
lAnalysis data of QA
lInspection of records and workers’ QA work
lLaboratory management: inc. test equipments purchasing and calibration
lTraining schedule, and train workers in quality assurance
lTest reports for IBCs and drums
lArrange customers test

Customer service
lCustomer complaints: investigate correct action, and represent the opinion of the company to satisfy customer complain
lCustomer audit of QM or QA
lCustomer audit of products, sometimes visit customer
lAnswer questions from customers
lFill customer questionnaires

Product & production approval
lCCS, CIQ approvals of IBCs and drums for dangerous goods and food exportation
lShanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision
lBAM product and production approval

Supplier management:
lAudit suppliers
lControl quality of 3rd party supplied parts
lFeed back problems to H.Q., analysis the cause and initiate corrections
lOthers appointed by GM.

Qualifications:
lBachelor degree or above, Engineering or packaging or automatic or chemical background, majors in quality will be a plus
lAbout 5 years working experience in the role of quality management in a manufacturing environment with 8 years working experience
lStrong problem solving skills and sufficient on site management experience;
lStrong communication skills with internal or external parties;
lStrong personality;
lStrong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
