Job Title: Production Manager
Report to: GM

Job Responsibilities:
ŸLead and develop Best-in-Class production team at division
ŸLead team to achieve Key Performance Metrics for Operational Performance, including Costs, on time delivery and Quality Assurance.
ŸReview and improve current workflow of various departments and establish standard operating policies and procedures.
ŸStaff development through, training, coaching, and job rotations to increase competency and career development
ŸOversee strategic and tactical on lean manufacturing.
ŸEnsure company abides by local laws/regulations and work closely with local authorities on various issues as necessary, including proper Customs
ŸOther ad hoc project assigned by management

Qualifications:
Education:
ŸBachelor degree or above.
majors in Engineering or Management, manufacturing.

Experience:
ŸMinimum 10-15 years related experience, gained in multinational corporations, big scale of production is preferred.

Job Knowledge:
ŸKnowledge of production process.

Ability/Skill:
ŸLeadership, Analytical and Strategic Competencies important
ŸKnowledge of labor relations
ŸNegotiation Skills, coaching skills
ŸShould be cost conscious, hands on, analytical and a team leader
ŸBe able to work under pressure
ŸShould possess sound business acumen and interpersonal communication skills
ŸTechnical skills
ŸProblem-solving.
