Product  Manager不飽和樹脂)美資化工企業,Fortune 500,財富500強公司


-Planning & directing the activities of the Product Management in order to achieve business growth targets and budget.
-Implementation of strategies and plans developed through close consultation with China sales team, technology team and manufacturing in order to strategic plan’s target.  
-Identify new market segments to enter by define volume, sales & profit potential along with an analysis of competitive obstacles.  Identify resources needed (personnel, equipment, etc…) in order to achieve growth objectives.
-Provide overall guidance and direction to sales team by providing market brochures, product literature, trade show design and implementation, Active in trade associations in order to promote Products as world class.
-Responsible for direct reports development within China commercial team. Ensure compliance with regulations and knowledge growth of personnel in order to maximize the capabilities or the organization.

The job description is too simple to understand the position, also there is no requirement regarding the candidate.

But probably the offer is from Asland.

Requirements:
At least 10years experience in related industry.
Bachelor degree minmum,major in chemical engineering,MBA is prefered.
Fluent English both in spoken and written.
Experienced in product development or managment is prefered,
