1.Job description

Report to: Sales&Marketing manager
2.Requirement:
(1) graduate from university or college;
(2)at least 2 year sales experience;
(3)technical knowledge e.g.polyester resin, building materials and mechanical. the relevant profes sional knowledge on artificial marble and sanitary ware application in domestic cast polymer industry;
(4)highly independent and motivated individual with the tenacity to overcome challenges with a positive attitude.
(5)market sentient; good personality and interpersonal ability;team work spirit, be able to use PC and read technology documents in English .good oral is prefer..
3.Special function / Responsibility:
(1)According to the plan made by the sales department, be responsible for the sales job in the area and take back the money in time;
(2)Open up the market; increase the number of our customers and the reputation of Gruber;
(3)Connect with/contact the customers frequently and supply the business information in time;
(4)Made an annual plan, a monthly plan and weekly plan on sales in the area and put them into reality.
(5)Made an annual report, a monthly report and a weekly report on business trip in the area and put them into reality;
(6)Cooperate with financial department and control the fund which should be taken back under the permission of Gruber;
(7)Send the feedback of the information on market strategy, product quality, competitive price of the rivals to the sales department manager;
(8)Send the feedback of the information about the technology which the customers require to the technology service persons and help to make the technology service job done smoothly;
(9)Keep the letters, the faxes, the contracts, and the changes of the prices and the registration of delivering goods in files.

3)具有一定的聚酯樹脂,建筑材料和機械的專業知識。對國內市場的聚合物澆鑄工業有一定的了解,尤其在人造石和衛浴潔具領域的應用。
4)高度的主觀能動性和工作能力,具備積極和堅韌的心態,去迎接和克服挑戰。
5)具有良好的市場意識,性格,溝通能力和團隊精神。會使用電腦,英文閱讀技術資料及一定的口語能力。
3.工作職責
1)根據部門/團隊制定的計劃,負責相關區域的銷售工作及及時回款
2)打開市場,拓展新業務關系,推廣公司新產品。增加客戶數量,提高格魯伯公司的聲譽
3)與客戶保持密切聯系及接觸,鞏固與老客戶的業務及聯系,并及時反饋業務信息
4)制訂年度、月度及周銷售計劃并加以落實
5)及時寫好月度工作報告及年度總結報告
6)與財務部門一起控制應收款,及時回款
7)及時反饋市場策略、產品質量、競爭對手價格等信息給銷售部經理
8)及時反饋客戶所需要技術信息給技術服務人員,并協助技術服務人員順利作好客戶服務
9)妥善整理保管往來信函、傳真、合同、價格變化等并歸檔
