Job Description:
Be responsible for daily production and production shifts of the plant and overall coordination of production activities.
Most important task for 2010 - set up factory and get production running
Develop the manufacturing strategy to meet the business growth requirement
Oversee the Company’s plant operations including not limited to production plan, workflow, quality control system, delivery schedule, supplier, worker management, Social Compliance, etc.
Ensures the plant meets or exceeds production efficiency goals
Establish manufacturing goals, objectives, standards and processes towards maximum performance of equipment, personnel, utilities and materials transformation
Lean manufacturing concepts, in a continuous improvement. Achieve the plant’s annual profit plan, while optimizing plant manufacturing efficiencies, customer service levels, quality, material and process yields, stocking/inventory levels, accurate data management and asset utilization
Make decisions on project priority that affect day to day operations
Responsible for daily operations control to make sure achieve all the key KPIs: On Time In Full, Cycle Time, Absolute Material Utilization, Inventory Turn and Work Off Salvage.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements
Set safety, health and environmental goals to meet all audit and corporate requirements
Controls quality, cost of production, human resources, servicing, receiving of raw materials through appropriate subordinates.
Scan, filter and set up local supply chain. Create competitive advantage through high quality purchase activity.
Assist Managing Director; work with group sourcing staff to ensure success of group procurement project
Manage all production staffing accountabilities, including recruiting and hiring, coaching, and training & development
Implement the strategies from HQ, Managing Director and the Board Members |
