Technical Support Manager 技術支持經理





Role & Responsibilities

•
Support to develop Asian market

•
Elaborate customized technical solutions and quotes (rough design, costs, specification) together with local sales, design, estimating and production

•
Draft furnace components, e.g. estimating of heat loss, heater power, charge carrier, …

•
Manage technical part of customer projects after order placement

•
Travel to customers together with local sales throughout Asia

•
Drive product improvement and innovation utilizing team competences

•
Follow technical trends and product requests in the market and derive conclusions

•
Act as Asian contact for global engineering and competence team

•
Participate in internal and external marketing and training measures


Qualification and background:

•
Degree in engineering (material science, mechanical or process engineering or similar)

•
3 years experience in furnace design/construction/maintenance

•
Very good English skills

•
Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills

•
Experience in sales environment preferred

•
Willingness to travel in Asia and worldwide

•
Experience in ERP system
