BTS Engineer 技術服務工程師

Preferred knowledge:  Polymer Material 高分子材料或復合材料
Educational level:  Bachelor or above 本科以上學歷
English level: fluent English both in oral and written 流利的英語交流能力
Working experience:  More than 5 years’ related experience in chemical industry ,can go out for business trip often 五年以上玻璃鋼行業工作經驗，能適應出差
Working Place:Nanjing 南京

Requirements:
    Knowledge of composite resins, advanced 專業的復合材料知識
    Knowledge of customer service, advanced  專業的技術服務知識

Tasks:
    Respond to internal and external customer enquiries,complaints and application-related issues
負責內部和外部客戶的咨詢、開發、投訴及應用方面的工作
    Introduce, develop existing products & processes to current and potential customers
向現有和潛在客戶推廣產品和相關的工藝
    Initiate, follow-up the requests for technical development activities from customers and prospects
啟動和跟進現有客戶和潛在客戶在技術開發方面的需求
    For nominated accounts act as account manager/contact person technically in charge
為指定客戶擔任客戶經理/技術方面的聯系人
    Lab & SHE management, Secure recipe management (where recipe responsible) in line with the guidelines from DSM & BTS department management
符合公司SHE、實驗室管理要求，確保所有涉及配方等相關內容的保密性
    Proactive visits to customers, distributors and prospects including demonstrations and presentations and promoting DSM structure resins at industry conferences or exhibition etc.
主動地訪問客戶、經銷商和潛在的客戶，在行業會議和展覽會上采用包括演示、演講在內的各種方式推廣DSM的樹脂產品
    Evaluate samples of counter-typed and competitor’s products
對競爭對手的或是市場上相似產品的分析
    Participate in lab training of new laboratory, plant and sales personnel (including those agents and distributors)
參加對實驗室、工廠和銷售的新員工進行實驗方面的培訓（包括代理商和經銷商）
