要求和職責如下：


Position: FRP Engineer


Responsibility:
- Formulation for all chemical mixes for manufacturing (resin, hardener, catalyst, release agent)
- Technical support to purchase for sourcing of raw material
- Design optimum manufacturing process in pultrusion and other glass + carbon fibers manufacturing process
(includes machine + line parameters such as speed, temperature, choice of raw material)
- Full design of the die/mould for pultrusion production
- Continuous improvement on existing product and process (productivity, cost, quality, products characteristics)
- Training to operators, enforce process on line
- Design testing procedure with QC for raw materials, mixing, finished products (Gel time, bending, pulling,
potting, electrical tests, dye penetration, water content, water absorption, Tg…)
- Development new product as customer request and prepare costing (including initial investment)
- Prepare CAD drawing for customer with specification and standard references.
- Feasibility study for new production line or equipment: study, budget, costing, planning, purchasing,
installation, handover tp production.


Required:


- Major study on composites domain
- Few year experiences on FRP industry
- Knowledge in the manufacturing of glass and carbon PULTRUDED products, for VE, PE and Epoxy resins.
- Experience in costing, quotation preparation, purchase function in a FRP / composites industry
- CAD Autocad skill
- Computer Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, emails)
- Communication in English


負責產品研發和工藝改進。
大專以上學歷，主修復合材料等相關專業；三年以上相關工作經驗，熟悉復合材料、環氧拉擠及其生產工藝，熟悉復合材料產品的市場和國內的材料供應商情況；
具備CAD Autocad技能，熟練掌握MS Office操作(Excel, Word, Power Point等)，嫻熟的中英文口頭、書面表達。
